Developed this basic branding package for a newly established United Premier Soccer League club in Bell County, Texas. The club sent an initial sketch and diagram to convey their concept and direction. Since they wanted to ensure they emphasized their ties to their community, I researched other visuals that could represent the club. They offered the Bell County courthouse and I changed the viewing angle to give it depth. I identified three other regional landmarks: the Bell County Expo Center, the Charter Oak, and the series of lakes that are popular throughout Central Texas for recreation. A four-quadrant emblem would hold all four images, with an outline style to keep the visual weight low. The club shifted from the red and yellow color scheme they initially favored, to a Texas-themed red, white, and blue. All in all, a very successful and satisfying client experience.
